  • EHS Audit Management: Built an end-to-end safety audit management solution using 20+ Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, automating the audit process from initiation through reporting.
  • Performance Review Automation: Automated 200+ Microsoft Word performance-review forms using Python, substantially reducing the manual effort required for entering information into annual employee review documents.
  • Access Review Automation: Built a Python-based workflow that automated file organization and Excel calculations across 400+ files, saving approximately two weeks of work every quarter, reducing task completion time to approximately 2 minutes.
  • QA/QC Inspection Analytics: Built and deployed a Power Platform solution supporting daily QA/QC inspection operations across approximately 9 inspection categories. Developed 12+ Power BI reports using advanced analytics and DAX to automate reporting, surface operational insights, and support ongoing decision-making.
